Lisa Leggz hosts #themawninshow, an interactive LIVE broadcast experience that started February 22nd, 2017 in Little Haiti, Miami, Florida in an efforts to continue spreading the Art of Healing message after the first location closed. Originally starting at 9am EST daily for "about half hour or so" with reggae music and an affirmation of the day along with testimonies from her personal journey; the "lovestreams" grew to an hour long on average with over 10k viewers LIVE daily, quickly becoming a watering hole for like minds and hearts worldwide, affectionately known as, the Anchor Love Crew!
Each episode features an affirmation of the day and practical tips for incorporating love in the journey of self, accompanied by good roots rock reggae music to enhance the mood. Each season has 84 episodes with a four round topic rotation. The affirmations are each assigned a number for its correlating episode. Season 1 topics below are discussed three days in a row before moving on to the next topic in the rotation for each round.

After doing a 2hr per episode LIVE run on the radio between 2020 and 2021, with a few special episodes available on The Lisa Leggz Show podcast on iHeart, Apple, Spotify and/or your favorite podcast platform; The Mawnin Show returns with Season 3 as the original interactive video experience with additions like membership options, a live studio audience and more... so stay tuned!

The Universe aligned it so that I found her Mawnin Show on Twitter. After one show I was hooked! Listening to Lisa discuss her journey of self love influenced me to do the same.
