LISA LEGGZ is a multi-dimensional artist hailing from Montego Bay, Jamaica who founded “Haute Gal” in 2007, a movement inspired by her music and the need for more of the natural nurturing camaraderie she was already providing for her peers; dedicated to empowering women of all ages and backgrounds, promoting self-love, unity and girl power. She founded the Art of Healing Community Center in 2015 as a platform for the lifestyle that she expresses in her art to be tangible and accessible to all.
An artrepreneur and philanthropist, Lisa Leggz exudes great pride in expressing love through many forms of art. She is heARTing music, art tools, visual art, apparel, lifestyle accessories & curating events and experiences to encourage the 'live in love' lifestyle. Lisa Leggz is motivated to share the benefit of integrating love in all things with the world as it improves general wellness and well being, plus as she likes to say "love fuels our cognitive evolution".
Writing has always been a great passion of Lisa Leggz, she writes music and songs for herself and others plus she has penned many published works in both print and multimedia over the years including her first book released in 2011 entitled "2012, Living in Love and Cognitive Evolution: How Are They Connected?" The 2nd book in the series "2020 Love for Cognitive Evolution" will soon be available for preorder along with the much anticipated 360 page study guide based on the affirmations discussed on The Mawnin Show. In the meantime, the Foundation Affirmation deck based on #themawninshow season 1 affirmations is now available.
A musician at heart, Lisa Leggz is formally trained in reading and writing music, piano and trumpet; she also plays the bass and drums by ear and loves learning to play new instruments!
